Eligibility

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Donor Responsibilities

As a donor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and identification information
• Only upload legitimate payment proofs
• Not misuse receipts for fraudulent purposes
• Report any suspicious activities

Organization Responsibilities

As an organization, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration and banking information
• Complete KYC verification honestly
• Process donations and issue receipts in a timely manner
• Use donated funds for stated charitable purposes

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Submit false information or fraudulent documents
• Use the platform for money laundering
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the system
• Harass other users or our staff

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activities.

Limitation of Liability

AkuDia is not liable for disputes between donors and organizations. We provide the platform in good faith but cannot guarantee the actions of third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
